Aleksandra provides ongoing service to companies, mainly from the gambling industry. She particularly assist in preparing draft legal documents for civil and administrative courts and other administrative bodies regarding matters related to companies’ day-to-day operations. She has also taken part in the process of preparing tender offers for a gambling company – the subject of a concession to run a casino granted by the Minister of Finance. She also provided support to the Real Estate Department in conducting due diligence.
During her studies, Aleksandra was one of the founders of the European Union Commercial Law Society, of which she later became Chairwoman. She has also participated in numerous national and international conferences and is the author of a number of publications. In 2018, she received a scholarship from the Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding achievements.
