Bartosz Jussak specializes in copyright law, and the law of new technology, with a particular emphasis on Internet law, personal data protection and issues related to the protection of personal rights.
He has wide experience in preparing IT contracts and regulations concerning services provided by electronic means. He has also participated in the preparation and conduct of disputes in the field of IT, NTT and protection of personal rights. Moreover, he advises clients on issues concerning cyber security.
During his practice, Bartosz has participated in numerous projects related to intangible goods, in particular copyright protection and the protection of personal rights, under which he has drafted agreements on copyright, legal opinions on business models and the assessment of the legitimacy of claims. He has also participated in proceedings concerning remuneration tables of organizations for the collective management of copyright and prepared due diligence reports.
Bartosz also has experience in comprehensive implementation of the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and providing ongoing legal advice in the field of personal data protection. He has conducted audits on the compliance of personal data processing, prepared audit reports and full documentation covering the whole spectrum of personal data protection. He has also conducted trainings on practical aspects of personal data protection.
