Mikołaj Stępkowski specializes in intellectual property law, in particular in the area of industrial property law, including trademarks, industrial designs, unfair competition and patent law.
He advised and represented clients in IP rights enforcement proceedings, as well as registration, invalidity and revocation proceedings before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), as well as higher European instances. He participated in numerous domain names disputes both before the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center based in Geneva and the Court of Arbitration for the Internet Domain Names at the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunication. He provided legal services for domestic and international corporations operating, among others, on the: automotive; pharmaceutical; FMCG; fashion and luxury goods; IT; financial services – markets.
