Natalia specializes in all aspects of real estate law. She works predominantly with corporate clients including REITs, real estate funds, private equity funds and developers, providing comprehensive assistance in the acquisition or sale (both asset and share deals) of real estate as well as leasing, including the preparation of due diligence reports. Natalia represents clients in real estate proceedings before common and administrative courts.

Natalia gained her professional experience in leading law firms specializing in providing services to entities from the real estate sector, as well as in the real estate department of one of the distribution network operators.

  • Providing advice to a distribution system operator on regulating the legal status of the electricity distribution network built for the purposes of the 2nd metro line in Warsaw.*
  • Advising Echo Polska Properties N.V. (EPP) Participation in the team advising Echo Polska Properties N.V. (EPP) on the acquistion of seven office buildings (O3 Business Campus in Cracow (Phase I, II and III), Tryton Business House in Gdańsk, A4 Business Park in Katowice (Phase III) and Symetris Business Park in Łódź (Phase I and II)) for a value of EUR 264 million.*
  • Advising Skanska Residential Development Poland sp. z o.o. on the acquisition of a real property located at Abramowskiego Street in Warsaw for a purpose of developing a residential project Holm House.*
  • Advising Belgian company Beaulieu International Group specializing, among others, in the textile industry, on the acquisition of investment land in Kietrz.*
  • Advising companies from the Skanska Group on verification of the legal and actual status of the real properties intended for residential and office investments in Warsaw and Kraków.*
  • Advising Redefine International on due diligence analysis of potential investments targets in Poland.*
  • Advising Deutsche Hypothekenbank on due diligence, including office space lease agreements as part of the process of refinancing properties located in Warsaw.*
