Piotr is a dispute resolution specialist, providing advice in particular in respect to conduct of dispute proceedings on behalf of entrepreneurs. He cooperates mainly with corporate clients, dealing with complex economic proceedings, in particular from the media, real estate and FMCG sectors.

Piotr provides ongoing legal services to one of the leading publishers on the media market, representing the Client in proceedings for the protection of personal rights, publication of press corrections, criminal proceedings, as well as other proceedings related to the conduct of business, including proceedings connected with the organization of lotteries. His experience focuses on representing the Client in pre-trial proceedings, as well as in enforcement proceedings.

Moreover, Piotr provides legal services to entrepreneurs from the real estate, construction and FMCG industries and represents clients in court disputes related to their business activity. He has wide experience in matters relating to the real estate disputes, the claim for damages and broadly defined collection of debts.

Prior to joining Zięba & Partners, Piotr gained his experience by providing services related to court proceedings in Polish law firms, as well as in the Court Bailiff’s office.
