Przemysław is a multi-disciplinary industry expert that supports Z&P’s clients in the areas of Retail, FMCG, Trade and Distribution, Technology, Media and Telecommunications, Intellectual Property. Przemysław specialises in intellectual property law (particularly IT law and new digital technologies), commercial law, commercial agreements (including franchise and distribution agreements), start-up services, the commercialisation of research results, as well as commercial litigation (in particularly contract liability, protection of intellectual property rights and combating unfair competition). He has advised on numerous M&A and IPR transactions, including conducting due diligence proceedings. He has completed numerous IT projects (using both classic waterfall and agile methodologies), including implementation agreements, maintenance and development agreements, XaaS service provision agreements and cloud solution projects. Przemysław’s experience includes servicing Polish and foreign clients from various industries, including retail, ICT (IT/TMT), banking, insurance, fuel, energy, e-commerce, automotive, pharmaceutical and armaments.
