Senior Associate


Szymon Suchcicki specializes in resolving court disputes, including media law disputes. He represents clients at the stage of court proceedings, as well as pre-trial proceedings and in the course of preparatory proceedings before law enforcement authorities.

Szymon provides ongoing legal assistance to one of the leading press publishers on court disputes, including proceedings for infringement of personal rights, and also acts as a defender in defamation cases.

Szymon represents interests of banks in criminal and civil matters, including disputes concerning so-called “Swiss Franc mortgages” and “low own contribution insurance”.

He has extensive experience in conducting enforcement proceedings, with particular emphasis on real estate enforcement and representing clients before judicial and enforcement authorities and legal protection authorities. Szymon coordinates the work of the debt management team handling several thousand of cases concerning payment of receivables, he is also the author of many innovative solutions related to increasing the effectiveness of enforcement proceedings.

For many years, Szymon cooperated with one of the largest and leading debt management law firms.
