Zieba & Partners (Z&P) has advised Danish company, EG A/S, one of Scandinavia’s biggest IT companies, on its lease of office premises in Warsaw, Poland.

The lease involves high standard office space in Park Avenue, a class A office building and one of the most prestigious locations in the center of the city.

EG has more than 1,000 employees and departments in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Poland, and provides digital solutions for more than 9,500 public and commercial customers. The Company has more than 70 employees in Warsaw and has spent the last 10 months finding the right space. This is not an easy task in Warsaw where the extreme liquidity in the commercial property market means that lease come and go in a relentless pace. EG has now finalized a deal, securing the right space at the right quality and in the best location of Warsaw, which is essential when recruiting engineering talent in one of the most competitive IT hotspots of the world.
